Application Effect of Language Communication Combined with Psychological Intervention in Psychiatric Nursing
Objective:To explore the application effect of language communication combined with psychological intervention in psychiatric nursing.Method:A total of 92 patients with mental disease admitted to the Psychiatric of the Third Hospital of Longyan City from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into routine group and combination group by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.Routine group implemented routine psychological nursing,and combination group received language communication combined with psychological intervention on the basis of the routine group.The adverse mood[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)],nursing quality(nursing method selection,nursing service attitude,nursing staff responsibility,nursing patient communication)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in HAMD score and HAMA score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,HAMD score and HAMA score in the combination group were lower than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing method selection,nursing service attitude,nursing staff responsibility and nurse-patient communication in the combination group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the combination group was 97.83%,which was higher than 84.78%of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Language communication combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve patients'adverse mood,improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.
