Application of PERMA Intervention Mode in Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Treated with Daytime Chemotherapy
Objective:To analyze the effect of PERMA intervention mode on patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated with daytime chemotherapy.Method:A total of 118 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who received daytime chemotherapy in the Cancer Clinical Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, they were divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 59 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional intervention mode, and the observation group was given PERMA intervention mode on the basis of the control group.Symptom burden, mental state, hope level and quality of life of the two groups were compared after 4 weeks of intervention.Result:After intervention, the impact of symptoms on life and symptom distress scores of two groups were higher than those before intervention, but those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, self rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the attitude towards the future and reality, intimate relationship and positive action scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of function and general health in two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the scores of symptom and specificity in two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of general health and function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of specificity and symptom were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PERMA intervention mode can reduce the symptoms burden, improve negative psychology, and improve the level of hope and quality of life in patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated with daytime chemotherapy.
