Study on Current Status and Influencing Factors of Anticipatory Grief in Patients with Advanced Ovarian Cancer
Objective:To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of anticipatory grief in advanced ovarian cancer patients,and to provide some theoretical reference for clinical intervention.Method:A total of 192 patients with advanced ovarian cancer admitted to the First People's Hospital of Changzhou from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.General data questionnaire,cancer patient AG questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale,cancer pain assessment scale and quality of life scale were used to investigate them.Result:The total AG score of all patients was(54.25±18.82)points,which was at a high level.There were statistically significant differences in AG scores of patients with advanced ovarian cancer in different age,education,family per capita monthly income,marital status,occupational status,with or without children,family history of malignant tumors,weakened female characteristics,pain response and quality of life scores(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in AG scores of patients with advanced ovarian cancer with different severity of anxiety and depression(P<0.05).Spearman correlation coefficient analysis showed that the degree of anxiety and depression were positively correlated with AG score(r=0.99,0.96,P=0.036,0.042).Family per capita monthly income,pain response,weakened female characteristics,anxiety degree,depression degree and quality of life score were all influencing factors for AG in advanced ovarian cancer patients(P<0.001).Conclusion:AG in patients with advanced ovarian cancer is at a high level,and clinical attention should be paid to related influencing factors,alleviate the adverse psychological stress of patients and improve their quality of life.
