Effect of Emergency Nursing Pathway Based on MDT in the First Aid of Severe Burn Patients
Objective:To explore the effect of emergency nursing pathway based on multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT)in the first aid of severe burn patients.Method:A total of 121 patients with severe burn who treated in Xuzhou Central Hospital from May 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.Sixty patients with severe burn treated from May 2021 to May 2022 were included in the control group and received routine emergency treatment.Sixty-one patients with severe burn treated from June 2022 to June 2023 were included in the observation group and received emergency nursing pathway based on MDT intervention. The rescue time, recovery, quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The time of emergency examination, the time of arrival of the consultant, the time of emergency debridement, the time of wound healing, the time of ICU treatment and the time of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before discharge, all dimensions scores of the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)in both groups were higher than those at admission, and all scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.92%,which was lower than 16.67%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Emergency nursing pathway based on MDT in the first aid of severe burn patients can effectively improve rescue time, promote wound recovery, shorten treatment time, improve quality of life and reduce complications.
