Application Effect of Quantitative Management Nursing Intervention in Prehospital Emergency for Patients with Acute Poisoning
Objective:To analyze the application effect of quantitative management nursing intervention in prehospital emergency for patients with acute poisoning.Method:A total of 76 patients with acute poisoning admitted to the People's Hospital of Qiannan from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the admission order, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received routine pre-hospital emergency nursing, and the observation group received quantitative management nursing based on the control group. The score of rescue index, complication rate, prognosis index and patients'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of vital signs, consciousness recovery, poisoning symptoms and functional impairment of important organs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the mortality was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After first aid, carbon monoxide hemoglobin(HbCO)saturation of the two groups of patients with carbon monoxide poisoning were lower than those before first aid,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After first aid,the Glasgow coma scale(GCS)scores of the two groups were higher than those before first aid,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quantitative management nursing in prehospital emergency for patients with acute poisoning is helpful to improve the rescue effect, better maintain the vital signs of patients, reduce the risk of complications, and provide patients with satisfactory services.
