Application Effect of Nursing Based on Risk Control Model in Children with Acute Leukemia Undergoing Chemotherapy
Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing based on risk control model in children with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy.Method:A total of 62 children with acute leukemia treated with chemotherapy in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from June 2022 to June 2023 were prospectively selected as the study objects. They were divided into control group(n=31)and observation group(n=31)according to random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given nursing based on risk control mode.Time index, family satisfaction and infection condition were compared between the two groups.Result:The hospitalization time and use time of antibiotics in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of infection in the observation group during hospitalization was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of family nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of nursing based on risk control model for children with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy can effectively shorten the hospitalization time and use time of antibiotics, reduce the incidence of infection, and improve the satisfaction of their families.
