Effect of Microsurgical Replantation on Patients with Finger Rotation Avulsed Injured Amputated Finger
Objective:To explore the effect of microsurgical replantation on patients with finger rotation avulsed injured amputated finger.Method:A total of 60 patients with finger rotation avulsed injured amputated finger who admitted to Guizhou Construction Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was treated with conventional stump repair surgery, and the observation group was treated with microsurgical replantation. The operation effect, clinical indicators, finger joint function, daily living ability before operation and 1 month after operation were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two-point discrimination in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the nail length and distal fingertip activity were greater than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The joint function of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 month after operation, the scores of daily living ability in two groups were higher than those before operation, and the score of daily living ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microsurgical replantation has remarkable effect in patients with finger rotation avulsed injured amputated finger, which can improve clinical indicators, improve activity of knuckles and daily living ability.
