Value of Carboprost Tromethamine Combined with Oxytocin in Preventing Postpartum Hemorrhage in Women with Scar Uterus Undergoing Re-cesarean Section
Objective:To analyze the value of Carboprost Tromethamine combined with Oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage in women with scar uterus undergoing re-cesarean section.Method:A total of 60 women with scar uterus undergoing re-cesarean section who treated in Jian'ou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oxytocin,while the observation group was treated with Carboprost Tromethamine on the basis of the control group.The amount of bleeding at different time,hemostasis time,uterine contraction duration,coagulation function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The amount of bleeding in the observation group during operation and 2 h and 24 h after delivery were less than those in the control group,the hemostasis time was shorter than that in the control group,the uterine contraction time was longer than that in the control group,and the uterine fundus decreased faster than that in the control group,the prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)after treatment were shorter than those in the control group,and the levels of fibrinogen(FIB)and D-dimer(D-D)were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Carboprost Tromethamine combined with Oxytocin has a good effect in preventing postpartum hemorrhage in re-cesarean section women with scar uterus,can reduce postpartum bleeding volume,shorten hemostasis time,improve coagulation indicators and uterine contractions,and is safe and reliable.
