Application Effect of Ultrasound-guided Epidural Puncture in Painless Delivery of Obese Parturients
Objective:To analyze the application effect of ultrasound-guided epidural puncture in painless delivery of obese parturients.Method:Sixty obese parturients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given painless delivery, the control group received conventional epidural puncture epidural anesthesia, and the observation group received ultrasound-guided epidural puncture epidural anesthesia. The anesthesia condition, puncture condition, pain degree and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result:The time of anesthesia puncture in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the time of preparation before anesthesia was longer than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of puncture changes and re-puncture times in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the success rate of first puncture passing and success rate of the change direction puncture were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of grade 0 and grade Ⅰ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the proportion of grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided epidural puncture can reduce the number of puncture times of obese parturients in painless delivery, improve the success rate of the first puncture, and relieve pain to a certain extent, with relatively good safety.
