目的:探究甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗老年糖尿病的临床效果。方法:选取 2021 年 4 月—2022 年 6 月遵义市第一人民医院收治的 98 例老年糖尿病患者。根据随机数表法将其分为观察组及对照组，各 49 例。对照组采用甘精胰岛素治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予阿卡波糖。比较两组临床疗效，治疗前后血糖水平、血脂水平及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(93。88%)高于对照组(79。59%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。治疗后，两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后 2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均下降，观察组FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。治疗后，两组甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均下降，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平升高，观察组TG、TC、LDL-C水平均低于对照组，HDL-C水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。结论:甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗老年糖尿病患者能显著改善患者血糖、血脂，且用药安全性良好，临床效果显著。
Clinical Effect of Insulin Glargine Combined with Acarbose in the Treatment of Elderly Diabetes
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Insulin Glargine combined with Acarbose in the treatment of elderly diabetes.Method:A total of 98 elderly patients with diabetes admitted to Zunyi First People's Hospital from April 2021 to June 2022 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,49 cases in each group.The control group was given Insulin Glargine treatment,and the observation group was given Acarbose on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose level,blood lipid level before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group(93.88%)was higher than that of the control group(79.59%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in both groups were decreased,and the levels of FPG,2 h PG and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of triglyceride(TG),serum total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)decreased in both groups,while the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)increased,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of HDL-C was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Insulin Glargine combined with Acarbose can significantly improve blood sugar and blood lipid in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes,and the drug safety is good,the clinical effect is significant.
