Effect of PAC Psychological Resilience Theoretical Model Combined with Exercise Rehabilitation Training on Elderly Patients with Essential Hypertension
Objective:To explore the influence of PAC psychological resilience theoretical model combined with exercise rehabilitation training on elderly patients with essential hypertension.Method:A total of 98 elderly patients with essential hypertension treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into study group and control group by coin toss method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine health education, the study group was given PAC psychological resilience theoretical model combined with exercise rehabilitation training on the basis of routine health education.Blood pressure level, treatment compliance, mental state, perceived stress and quality of life were evaluated of two groups before and after intervention.Result:Before intervention, there were no significant differences in blood pressure level, mental state, perceived pressure and quality of life between two groups(P>0.05);after intervention, the blood pressure level, mental state score and perceived pressure score of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the total compliance score and quality of life score were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PAC psychological resilience theoretical model combined with exercise rehabilitation training can reduce the blood pressure level and perceived pressure of elderly patients with essential hypertension, regulate the mental state, and improve the treatment compliance and quality of life.
