Analysis of Current Situation of Adenoidectomy and Tonsillectomy in the Treatment of OSAHS in Children
Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in children is a common disease in otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery,which disturbs the normal ventilation and sleep structure of children and seriously affects the growth,development and cognition of children.At present,the first-line clinical treatment of this disease is mainly adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy.This paper analyzed the current situation of adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy in the treatment of OSAHS in children,in order to provide reference for the treatment of OSAHS in children.
