Effect of VSD Combined with Platelet-rich Plasma in the Treatment of Patients with Deep Ⅱ Degree Burn
Objective:To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)combined with platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of patients with deep Ⅱ degree burn.Method:From January 2022 to June 2023,120 patients with deep Ⅱ degree burn admitted to E'gang Hospital were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases).The control group was treated with VSD,and the observation group was treated with VSD combined with PRP.The efficacy,wound healing,pain,wound granulation tissue vascular growth factor[vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),epidermal growth factor(EGF)],serum inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)]and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the wound healing rate of the observation group at 14 d,21 d of treatment were higher,and the wound healing time was shorter,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 14 d of treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,serum CRP and IL-6 levels in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 14 d of treatment,the levels of VEGF and EGF in granulation tissue of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:VSD combined with PRP is effective in the treatment of deepⅡ degree burn,it can up-regulate the expression of vascular growth factor,inhibit inflammatory reaction,relieve pain,promote wound healing,and has fewer complications.
