Effect of Plasma Exchange in the Treatment of Hypertriglyceridemia Acute Pancreatitis
Objective:To explore the effect of plasma exchange in the treatment of hypertriglyceridemia acute pancreatitis.Method:A total of 128 patients with hypertriglyceridemia acute pancreatitis treated in Longgang District People's Hospital of Shenzhen from March 2018 to March 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group,64 cases in each group. Both groups were given symptomatic treatment, and the observation group was given plasma exchange therapy on the basis of the above. The relevant indicators before treatment and after 7 d of treatment, complications and acute physiological and chronic health scores(APACHEⅡ score)before treatment and after 2 d,7 d of treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:After 7 d of treatment, the levels of triglyceride(TG),serum amylase(AMY)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in both groups were decreased, and the levels of TG,AMY and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.69%,which was lower than 18.75%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 d and 7 d of treatment, the APACHEⅡ score of both groups was decreased, and the APACHE Ⅱ score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Plasma exchange therapy for patients with hypertriglyceridemia acute pancreatitis can improve the condition and reduce the risk of complications.
