归脾汤联合针灸治疗气血亏虚型老年眩晕患者的临床效果

摘要
目的:探讨归脾汤联合针灸治疗气血亏虚型老年眩晕患者的效果.方法:选取 2022 年 10 月—2023 年 10 月南宁市第八人民医院老年病学科收治的 72 例患者,按随机数表法随机平分为对照组与观察组,各 36 例.对照组采取常规针灸治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合归脾汤.比较两组眩晕残障程度评定量表(DHI)评分、眩晕评分、中医症候评分.结果:治疗前,两组功能、情感、躯体、DHI总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组功能、情感、躯体、DHI总分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组整体残障程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组眩晕评分与中医症候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组眩晕评分与中医症候评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:归脾汤联合针灸,在临床上可以进一步改善气血亏虚型老年眩晕患者的疗效,提升机体功能,降低中医症候评分.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Guipi Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of senile vertigo of Qi and blood deficiency type.Method:A total of 72 patients admitted to the Department of Geriatrics of the Nanning Eighth People's Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,36 cases in each group.The control group received routine acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,and the observation group was combined with Guipi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The score of dizziness handicap inventory(DHI),vertigo score and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of function,emotion,body and total DHI between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of function,emotion,body and total DHI in both groups were decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the overall disability degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between vertigo score and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,vertigo score and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of both groups were decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guipi Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can further improve the curative effect of senile vertigo patients with Qi and blood deficiency type,improve the body function and reduce the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms.
