Value of Three-dimensional Energy Doppler Blood Flow Quantification Technology Combined with Conventional Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Early Breast Cancer
Objective:To explore the value of three-dimensional energy Doppler blood flow quantification technology combined with conventional ultrasound in the diagnosis of early breast cancer.Method:Fifty patients with early breast cancer admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Xiantao City from December 2020 to October 2022 were retrospectively selected as the early breast cancer group,30 patients with precancerous lesions were selected as the precancerous lesion group, and 30 patients with benign breast tumors who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the benign group. The three groups were tested by conventional ultrasound and three-dimensional energy Doppler blood flow quantitative technique. The characteristics of three-dimensional energy Doppler ultrasound images were compared among the three groups. The blood flow quantitative parameters of three-dimensional energy Doppler ultrasound were compared among the three groups.Taking pathological puncture biopsy as the gold standard, the diagnostic value of three-dimensional energy Doppler blood flow quantification technique, conventional ultrasound detection alone and combined detection in early breast cancer was analyzed.Result:The proportions of rear echo attenuation, aspect ratio<1,microcalcification,unclear boundary, irregular lesion shape and blood flow grade 2 and 3 in early breast cancer group were higher than those in benign group and precancerous lesion group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Vascularization index(VI),flow index(FI),vascularity flow index(VFI)and color pixel density(CPD)were higher than those in precancerous lesion group and benign group, and VI,FI,VFI and CPD in precancerous lesion group were higher than those in benign group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity, accuracy and negative predictive value of combined detection were higher than those of conventional ultrasound, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conventional ultrasound was generally consistent with pathological diagnosis(Kappa=0.526,P<0.05),while three-dimensional energy Doppler blood flow quantitative technology and combined detection were highly consistent with pathological diagnosis(Kappa=0.812,0.919,P<0.05).Conclusion:The three-dimensional energy Doppler ultrasound images of patients with different degrees of breast mass are different, and the three-dimensional energy Doppler blood flow quantitative technique combined with conventional ultrasound has high diagnostic value.
