Value of Coronary CT Angiography Combined with Electrocardiogram in the Location of Criminals Blood Vessels in Acute Inferior Myocardial Infarction
Objective:To analyze the value of coronary artery CT angiography combined with electrocardiogram in the location of criminals blood vessels in acute inferior myocardial infarction.Method:A total of 102 patients with suspected acute inferior myocardial infarction admitted to the First People's Hospital of Taicang City from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected. All patients received electrocardiogram and coronary artery CT angiography.Coronary angiography(as gold standard)was performed on the patients. The diagnostic value of 12-lead holter electrocardiogram and coronary artery CT angiography in locating blood vessels in patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction were analyzed.Result:Gold standard results showed that of 102 suspected patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction,a total of 100 cases were confirmed as acute inferior myocardial infarction, and the other 2 cases were acute posterior left ventricular myocardial infarction.Among the patients diagnosed with acute inferior myocardial infarction,a total of 82 cases had right coronary artery disease and 18 cases had left circumflex branch disease.Kappa consistency test showed that electrocardiogram was in good agreement with gold standard results in the location of criminals blood vessels in acute inferior myocardial infarction(Kappa=0.629,P<0.05).Coronary artery CT angiography was in good agreement with gold standard results in the location of criminals blood vessels in acute inferior myocardial infarction(Kappa=0.703,P<0.05).The results of coronary artery CT angiography combined with electrocardiogram were in good agreement with gold standard results in the location of criminals blood vessels in acute inferior myocardial infarction(Kappa=0.932,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the sensitivity of electrocardiogram, coronary artery CT angiography alone or combined in the location of criminals blood vessels in acute inferior myocardial infarction(P>0.05).The specificity of location of criminals blood vessels in acute inferior myocardial infarction in the combined diagnosis was higher than that of electrocardiogram and coronary artery CT angiography alone, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.786,P=0.016;χ2=4.433,P=0.035).Conclusion:Both electrocardiogram and coronary artery CT angiography have a certain diagnostic value for vascular localization in patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction, and their combined diagnostic efficacy is higher than that of single diagnosis.
