Diagnostic Value of hs-cTnI,Myo and CK-MB Combined Detection in Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of high-sensitivity myocardium troponin I(hs-cTnI),myoglobin(Myo)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)in acute myocardial infarction.Method:A total of 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Renhuai City People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the observation group, and another 100 hospitalized patients during the same period were selected as the control group. The hs-cTnI,Myo and CK-MB levels were detected in both groups. The levels of hs-cTnI,Myo and CK-MB were compared between the two groups, the diagnostic value of hs-cTnI,Myo,CK-MB and their combined detection in acute myocardial infarction was analyzed.Result:The levels of hs-cTnI,Myo and CK-MB in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve showed that the combined detection of hs-cTnI,Myo and CK-MB had the highest area under cruve(AUC)in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.Conclusion:hs-cTnI,Myo and CK-MB have certain value in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction, and their combined detection has the highest value, which helps patients to carry out targeted treatment as soon as possible to improve the prognosis.
