Application Value of Early Quantitative Activity Training Combined with Continuous Home Training Guidance in Postoperative Patients with Breast Cancer
Objective:To analyze the application value of early quantitative activity training combined with continuous home training guidance in postoperative patients with breast cancer.Method:A total of 100 postoperative patients with breast cancer treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from March 2022 to September 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into a combined group(n=50)and a control group(n=50).Both groups were given routine nursing, the control group was given continuous home training guidance, and the combined group was given early quantitative activity training based on the control group.Shoulder joint motion, pain degree,self-efficacy,quality of life before and after nursing and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing, the shoulder joint abduction, back extension, anterior flexion and adduction of the combined group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of both groups was decreased, and the VAS score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score of both groups increased, and the GSES score of the combined group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the score of quality of life scale of breast cancer patients(FACT-B)in both groups increased, and the FACT-B score of the combined group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early quantitative activity training and continuous home training guidance for patients with breast cancer after surgery can improve shoulder joint motion, reduce pain degree, improve self-efficacy and quality of life.
