Effect of Qingjin Huatan Yifei Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Patients with Bronchopneumonia
Objective:To explore the effect of Qingjin Huatan Yifei Decoction combined with western medicine on patients with bronchopneumonia.Method:A total of 96 patients with bronchopneumonia admitted to Wuwei Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Qingjin Huatan Yifei Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,pulmonary ventilation function[the percentage of forced expiratory volume in one second to expected value(FEV1%pred),forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second/forced lung capacity(FEV1/FVC%)],inflammation index[interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-8(IL-8)]and serum creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)levels between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.83%,which was higher than 81.25%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,IL-10,IL-4,and IL-8 of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and FEV1%pred,FVC,and FEV1/FVC%of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,IL-10,IL-4,and IL-8 of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and FEV1%pred,FVC,and FEV1/FVC%of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of CK-MB and IgE in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingjin Huatan Yifei Decoction combined with western medicine has a good effect in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia,which can obviously improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,lung ventilation function,inhibit inflammation,and reduce serum CK-MB and IgE levels.
