Effect of Catheterization and Thrombolysis Combined with Various Endovascular Interventions Surgery in the Treatment of Arteriosclerosis Obliterans of Lower Limbs
Objective:To explore the effect of catheterization and thrombolysis combined with various intracavitary interventions surgery in the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs.Method:Ninety patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans admitted to the Second Hospital of Sanming City from May 2015 to May 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into reference group and experimental group,45 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with various endovascular interventions surgery, and the experimental group was treated with catheter thrombolysis combined with various endovascular interventions surgery. The relevant indexes, hemodynamics of dorsalis pedis, nerve conduction velocity, pain degree before and 1 month after treatment, perioperative indexes, and operative effect were compared between the two groups.Result:At 1 month after treatment,ankle-brachial index, toe blood oxygen saturation, foot skin temperature, blood vessel diameter and blood flow, sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity of lower limbs were all increased in the two groups, while visual analogue scale(VAS)and peak blood flow velocity score were decreased, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in ankle-brachial index, toe blood oxygen saturation, foot skin temperature, vascular diameter, peak blood flow velocity and blood flow, sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity of lower limbs,VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time and hospitalization time of experimental group were shorter than those of reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The vascular opening rate of experimental group was higher than that of reference group, and the stent implantation rate and amputation rate were lower than those of reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans, catheterization and thrombolysis combined with various endovascular interventions surgery can effectively improve the nerve conduction velocity of lower extremity, optimize the hemodynamics of dorsal foot arteries, reduce stent implantation, reduce the risk of amputation, shorten the rehabilitation cycle, and its overall efficacy is more significant.
