Effect of Modified Hayman Suture Combined with Carboprost Tromethamine in the Treatment of Placental Abruption Complicated with Uterine Placental Stroke
Objective:To explore the effect of modified Hayman suture combined with Carboprost Tromethamine in the treatment of placental abruption complicated with uterine placental stroke.Method:A total of 67 patients with placental abruption and uterine placental stroke during in-patient delivery in the Obstetrics Inpatient Department of People's Hospital of Tujia Autonomous County along the River from March 2020 to September 2023 were selected and divided into study group(34 cases)and control group(33 cases)according to different surgical methods. The study group was given modified Hayman suture combined with Carboprost Tromethamine. The control group was given intrauterine gauze tamponade hemostasis combined with Carboprost Tromethamine. The clinical efficacy, postoperative condition, coagulation function, hemoglobin(Hb)and red blood cell count(RBC)and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The amount of intraoperative blood loss and postoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group, and the operation time, hospital stay were shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after surgery, prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)were shortened in both groups, those in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, platelet count(PLT)increased, and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after surgery,Hb and RBC were increased in both groups, those in study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pregnancy outcome between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The modified Hayman suture combined with Carboprost Tromethamine has a significant effect on postpartum hemorrhage in women with placental abruption complicated with uterine placental stroke, and significantly improves coagulation function.
