活血生肌膏在肛肠疾病术后患者中的应用效果

中文摘要：目的:探讨活血生肌膏在肛肠疾病术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取 2023 年 2 月—2024 年 1 月遵义市播州区中医院收治的 102 例肛肠疾病术后患者。根据随机数表法将其均分为对照 1 组、对照 2 组和试验组，各 34 例。对照 1 组术后给予马应龙麝香痔疮膏，对照 2 组术后给予吲哚美辛呋喃唑酮栓，试验组术后给予活血生肌膏。比较三组临床疗效及不良反应，切口愈合时间，治疗前，治疗 7 d后疼痛程度。结果:治疗 7 d后，试验组疼痛数字评分法(numerical rating scale，NRS)评分低于对照 1 组、对照 2 组，对照 2 组NRS评分低于对照 1 组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。试验组切口愈合时间明显短于对照组 2 组和对照 1 组，对照 2 组切口愈合时间短于对照 1 组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。试验组临床疗效优于对照1组、对照2组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。三组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。结论:给予肛肠疾病手术患者术后活血生肌膏换药处理，可有效缓解疼痛，促进切口愈合，缩短病程，效果突出。

外文摘要：Objective:To explore the application effect of Huoxue Shengji Ointment in postoperative patients with anorectal diseases.Method:A total of 102 postoperative patients with anorectal diseases admitted to Zunyi Bozhou District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2023 to January 2024 were selected.They were divided into control group 1,control group 2 and experimental group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.Control group 1 was given Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoid Ointment,control group 2 was given Indometacin and Furazolidone Suppositories,and experimental group was given Huoxue Shengji Ointment.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions,incision healing time,pain degree before treatment and after 7 d of treatment were compared among the three groups.Result:After 7 d of treatment,the numerical rating scale(NRS)score of experimental group was lower than that of control group 1 and control group 2,and the NRS score of control group 2 was lower than that of control group 1,the differences were statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).The wound healing time of experimental group was significantly shorter than that of control group 2 and control group 1,and the wound healing time of control group 2 was shorter than that of control group 1,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of experimental group was better than that of control group 1 and control group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of postoperative Huoxue Shengji Ointment for the dressing change in patients with anorectal diseases surgery can effectively relieve pain,promote incision healing,shorten the course of the disease,and the effect is outstanding.
