Effect of Hemocoagulase in the Assisted Treatment of Non-variceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding
Objective:To explore the effect of Hemocoagulase in the assisted treatment of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding(NVUGIB).Method:A total of 120 NVUGIB patients admitted to Songzi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine symptomatic treatment for hemostasis,and the observation group was given assisted treatment with Hemocoagulase on this basis.The relevant indexes,inflammatory factors,hemorheology indexes before and after treatment,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The blood transfusion volume in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the hemostasis time was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in both groups decreased,and the levels of CRP and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)decreased,while the packed cell volume(PCV),whole blood high tangential viscosity and whole blood low tangential viscosity increased in both groups,the ESR of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,PCV,whole blood high tangential viscosity,whole blood low tangential viscosity were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:NVUGIB patients with Hemocoagulase adjuvant treatment effect is good,can effectively reduce the inflammatory response of patients,improve hemorheology,achieve rapid hemostasis effect,reduce the amount of blood transfusion,will not increase the adverse reactions of patients.
