Fungal Distribution Characteristics of Patients with Psoriasis and the Application Effect of Naftifine Hydrochloride and Ketoconazole Cream in Adjuvant Therapy
Objective:To analyze the fungal distribution characteristics of patients with psoriasis and the application effect of Naftifine Hydrochloride and Ketoconazole Cream in adjuvant therapy.Method:A total of 120 patients with psoriasis admitted to the Dermatology Department of Jianli Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected.According to random number table method, the patients were divided into study group and control group,60 cases in each group. The control group was given Halometasone Cream, and the study group was given Naftifine Hydrochloride and Ketoconazole Cream on the basis of the control group. The fungal distribution of all patients was analyzed. The clinical efficacy, and the skin lesions condition and itching degree, inflammatory factors before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:Among 120 psoriasis patients,141 strains of pathogenic bacteria and 37 strains fungi(26.24%)were detected, including 16 strains Malassezia Spherosa(43.24%),10 strains Malassezia Restricta(27.03%),4 yeast strains(10.81%),4 dermatophyte strains(10.81%),and 3 other strains(8.11%).After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the study group(86.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)and visual analog scale(VAS)scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the PASI and VAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the levels of interleukin-17(IL-17),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in both groups were decreased, and the levels of IL-17,IFN-γ and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment period, neither group experienced severe adverse reactions such as irritating pain or skin allergies. Conclusion:The fungi of psoriasis patients are mainly Malassezia Spherosa/Restricta.The adjuvant treatment of Naftifine Hydrochloride and Ketoconazole Cream can achieve better results, which can reduce the level of inflammatory factors without increasing adverse reactions.
