摘要
脑出血是一种严重的神经系统急症,常常需要手术治疗清除脑内血肿,以挽救生命、改善预后.准确定位脑内血肿是手术成败的关键.患者个体差异和血肿位置、形态的千差万别,要求个体化的手术定位.本文总结和探讨脑内血肿手术定位方法的研究进展,为临床医生提供更加精确和有效的手术定位策略.
Abstract
Intracerebral hemorrhage is a serious nervous system emergency,which often requires surgical treatment to remove intracerebral hematoma in order to save life and improve prognosis.Accurate location of intracerebral hematoma is the key to the success of the operation.Individual differences of patients and the countless differences in location and shape of hematoma require individualized surgical positioning.This paper summarizes and discusses the research progress of surgical localization methods for intracerebral hematoma,so as to provide more accurate and effective surgical localization strategies for clinicians.
