Effect of Chinese Herbal Decoction Four Stage Cycle Adjustment Therapy,Chinese Herbal External Application Combined with Artificial Cycle on Kidney Deficiency Damp Heat Type Patients after Intrauterine Adhesion Separation Surgery
Objective:To investigate effect of Chinese herbal decoction four stage cycle adjustment therapy,Chinese herbal external application combined with artificial cycle on kidney deficiency damp heat type patients after intrauterine adhesion separation surgery.Method:A total of 80 kidney deficiency damp heat type patients after intrauterine adhesion separation surgery who treated in Haining Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,the patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given artificial periodic treatment,and the treatment group was given Chinese herbal decoction four stage cycle adjustment therapy,Chinese herbal external application on the basis of control group.The severity of uterine adhesion,endometrial thickness,menstrual volume before treatment and after 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the American fertility society(AFS)scores of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the AFS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the endometrial thickness and menstrual volume in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the endometrial thickness and menstrual volume in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of kidney deficiency damp heat type patients after intrauterine adhesion separation surgery,Chinese herbal decoction four stage cycle adjustment therapy,Chinese herbal external application combined with artificial cycle have good clinical efficacy,which can reduce the severity of uterine adhesion,improve uterine and menstrual conditions,and have no obvious effect on adverse reactions.
