中文摘要：目的:探讨中药热奄包联合中药熏洗在膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者中的应用价值。方法:选取 2022 年 10 月—2023 年 9 月铜仁市人民医院康复科收治的 84 例KOA患者作为研究对象，采用随机数表法将患者分为两组，各 42 例。对照组行常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用中药热奄包联合中药熏洗治疗。比较两组美国特种外科医院膝关节功能(HSS)评分、Lysholm膝关节评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、膝关节屈伸活动度、炎症因子水平及治疗效果。结果:治疗前，两组HSS评分、Lysholm评分、VAS评分、膝关节屈伸活动度及炎症因子水平比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0。05);治疗后，观察组HSS评分、Lysholm评分高于对照组，VAS评分、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组，膝关节屈伸活动度大于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论:在KOA患者康复治疗期间，中药热奄包联合中药熏洗治疗有助于改善膝关节功能与关节受限、疼痛等相关症状。

外文摘要：Objective:To investigate the application value of Chinese medicine hot submergence bag combined with Chinese medicine fumigation in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Method:A total of 84 KOA patients who admitted to Rehabilitation Department of Tongren People's Hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine hot submergence bag combined with Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the control group.The knee function of Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)score,Lysholm knee joint score,visual analogue score(VAS),knee flexion and extension motion,inflammatory factor level and treatment effect were compared between two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the HSS score,Lysholm score,VAS score,knee flexion and extension motion and inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the HSS score and Lysholm score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the VAS score,interleukin-1(IL-1)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels were lower than those in the control group,the knee flexion and extension motion were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the rehabilitation of KOA patients,Chinese medicine hot submergence bag combined with Chinese medicine fumigation can improve the knee joint function,joint limitation,pain and other related symptoms.
