Effect of Laparoscopic Transabdominal Preperitoneal Hernia Repair Surgery in the Application of Patients with Unilateral Primary Inguinal Hernia
Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair surgery(TAPP)in the application of patients with unilateral primary inguinal hernia.Method:A total of 94 patients with unilateral initial inguinal hernia who treated in Beijing Fengtai District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected, they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to envelope random method,47 cases in each group.Open tension-free hernia repair surgery(OTFH)was administered in the control group and TAPP was administered in the experimental group. The perioperative indexes, pain degree, cortisol before and 24 h and 48 h after surgery and complications were compared between two groups.Result:The operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of control group, the time of getting out of bed was earlier than that of control group, the intraoperative blood loss volume was less than that of control group, and the hospitalization cost was more than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 24 h and 48 h after surgery, the numerical rating scale(NRS)scores and cortisol levels of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication of the experimental group was 4.26%,which was lower than 17.02%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of unilateral initial inguinal hernia disease,TAPP has a significant therapeutic effect, which helps to shorten the surgical procedure and the time required for getting out of bed, alleviate pain, alleviate body's stress response, and reduce postoperative complications.
