Application Effect of Targeted Nursing in Artificial Airway Management of Critically Ill Patients in Neurosurgery
Objective:To investigate the application effect of targeted nursing in artificial airway management of critically ill patients in neurosurgery.Method:A total of 94 critically ill patients in neurosurgery who admitted to Guangdong Sanjiu Brain Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected, the patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method,47 cases in each group. The control group was given routine artificial airway nursing, and the study group was given targeted nursing. The adverse events, quality of life, mental state before and after nursing, hospitalization condition and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the mos item short from health survey(SF-36)scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ICU stay time, mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of targeted nursing in artificial airway management can reduce the occurrence of adverse events, and improve psychological state.
