Effects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on Negative Emotion,Self-efficacy and Health Behavior in Patients with Heart Failure
Objective:To investigate the effects of cognitive behavioral therapy on negative emotion,self-efficacy and health behavior in patients with heart failure.Method:A total of 60 patients with heart failure who admitted to the Cardiovascular Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from April 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given cognitive behavioral therapy on the basis of the control group.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-efficacy and health behavior scores were compared between the two groups.Result:At discharge,the SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the self-efficacy score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 weeks after discharge,the rates of reasonable diet,moderate exercise,medical medicine compliance and regular review in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cognitive behavioral therapy in patients with heart failure can reduce the occurrence of anxiety and depression,improve the self-efficacy,so as to form a health behavior pattern.
