Effect of Modified Qingzhong Huayu Decoction Combined with Proton Pump Inhibitors in the Treatment of Duodenal Ulcers
Objective:To explore the effect of modified Qingzhong Huayu Decoction combined with proton pump inhibitors(PPI)in the treatment of duodenal ulcers(DU).Method:A total of 118 DU patients who admitted to Jianli City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was given PPI therapy,and the study group was given modified Qingzhong Huayu Decoction combined with PPI therapy.The eradication of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)after treatment in two groups was observed,the degree of pain relief and therapeutic effect were evaluated,and the incidence of adverse reactions was counted.Result:After 4 weeks of drug withdrawal,the eradication rate of Hp in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.88%,which was higher than 79.59%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.16%,which was lower than 24.49%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Qingzhong Huayu Decoction combined with PPI in the treatment of DU can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,relieve pain,improve Hp eradication effect,enhance effect,and has good safety.
