Effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsules Combined with Mifepristone and Misoprostol in the Treatment of Incomplete Abortion
Objective:To evaluate the effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Mifepristone and Misoprostol in the treatment of incomplete abortion.Method:A total of 82 patients with incomplete abortion treated in Jiuquan City People's Hospital from March 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol,and the observation group was given Guizhi Fuling Capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,time index,uterine spiral artery blood flow indexes before and 5 d after treatment,and sex hormone before and 14 d after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.68%,which was higher than 78.05%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gestational sac discharge time and the stop time of vaginal bleeding of complete abortion patients in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the duration of abdominal pain was shorter than that in the control group,and the grade of abdominal pain was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 5 d after treatment,the end diastolic flow velocity(PDV)in the observation group was significantly lower than those before treatment and the control group,and resistance index(RI)was significantly higher than those before treatment and control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the serum estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)levels between the two groups before treatment and 14 d after treatment(P>0.05);the serum E2 and P levels in two groups at 14 d after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Mifepristone and Misoprostol in the treatment of incomplete abortion can shorten the vaginal bleeding time,reduce the degree of abdominal pain,improve the blood flow resistance of uterine spiral artery and the curative effect.
