Effect of Remifentanil Compound Anesthesia on Patients Undergoing Colon Cancer Radical Operation
Objective:To explore the effect of Remifentanil compound anesthesia on patients undergoing colon cancer radical operation.Method:A total of 96 patients with who underwent colon cancer radical operation at the First Hospital of Putian City from November 2021 to September 2023 were selected. They were divided into the control group(48 cases)and the study group(48 cases)by the random table method. The control group was given Sufentanil compound anesthesia, while the study group was given Remifentanil compound anesthesia. The recovery status, oxidative stress response indicators and immune function before and 24 h after operation, and adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Result:The spontaneous breathing recovery time, consciousness recovery time and extubation time of the study group were earlier than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 24 h after operation, the levels of catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in two groups were decreased, and the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)were increased, the levels of CAT and SOD in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of MDA was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 24 h after operation, the levels of CD3+and CD4+in two groups were decreased, while the levels of CD8+were increased, the levels of CD3+and CD4+in the study group were higher than those in the control group, while the levels of CD8+were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Remifentanil compound anesthesia in patients undergoing colon cancer radical operation can shorten the recovery time, reduce oxidative stress reaction, improve immune function, and has good safety.
