Impact of IEES Multidimensional Support Theory on Intraocular Pressure,Negative Emotions and Quality of Life in Glaucoma Patients
Objective:To explore the effects of IEES multidimensional support theory on intraocular pressure, negative emotion and quality of life in glaucoma patients.Method:A total of 100 glaucoma patients treated in Zhangjiagang First People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into intervention group and control group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional intervention, and the intervention group received IEES multidimensional support theory intervention. The intraocular pressure,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and Chinese version of low vision quality of life scale(CLVQOL)score before and after intervention between two groups were compared.Result:After 30 d and 3 months of intervention, the intraocular pressure in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention, the SAS scores and SDS scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the CLVQOL scores were higher than those before intervention, and the SAS score and SDS score of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group, and the CLVQOL scores were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention based on IEES multidimensional support theory can significantly improve the level of intraocular pressure, reduce negative emotion and improve the quality of life of glaucoma patients.
