Research Progress of Factors Affecting Early Recovery of Neurological Function after Intravenous Thrombolytic Therapy for Acute Cerebral Infarction
Acute cerebral infarction(ACI)is a common cerebrovascular disease in clinic.Early intravenous thrombolysis is one of the most effective methods to treat ACI,and its prognosis is confirmed. However, unfortunately, few ACI patients can benefit from intravenous thrombolytic therapy at present, and the early recovery of nerve function after intravenous thrombolytic therapy is not ideal in most patients.Understanding the influencing factors of nerve function recovery after intravenous thrombolytic therapy can better guide clinical effective intervention measures,so that more ACI patients can benefit.
