Effect of Vitamin AD Combined with Zinc Agent in the Treatment of Respiratory Syncytial Virus Pneumonia
Objective:To study the effect of vitamin AD combined with Zinc agent on respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia(RSVP).Method:A total of 200 children with RSVP admitted to Shenzhen Longhua District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into group A,group B,group C and group D,with 50 cases in each group.Group A received conventional treatment;group B was given vitamin AD alone on the basis of conventional treatment;group C was separately treated with Zinc agent on the basis of conventional treatment;group D was treated with vitamin AD and Zinc agent on the basis of the conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,immune function indexes and adverse reactions of the four groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of group D was higher than that of group A,group B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of fever and wheezing in group D were earlier than those in group A,the improvement time of cough,shortness of breath and pulmonary wheezing sound were earlier than those in group A,group B and group C,and the improvement time of cough in group C was earlier than that in group A and group B,and the improvement time of shortness of breath and pulmonary wheezing sound in group B and group C were earlier than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,immunoglobulin E(IgE),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)in the four groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in group D were higher than those in group A,group B and group C,and those in group B and group C were higher than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions among the four groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin AD combined with Zinc agent is effective in the treatment of RSVP children,which can effectively improve their clinical symptoms and immune function,and has high safety.
