Application of Single Row and Double Row Suture Bridge Repair Techniques under Shoulder Arthroscopy in Shoulder Rotator Cuff Injury
Objective:To analyze the application of single row and double row suture bridge repair techniques under shoulder arthroscopy in shoulder rotator cuff injury.Method:A total of 120 patients with shoulder rotator cuff injury admitted to the Department of Orthopedics in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January 2021 to January 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the different surgical methods, the patients were divided into double row group and single row group,60 cases in each groups. The single row group was given the single row suture repair technique, and the double row group was given the double row suture bridge repair technique.Preoperative and one year after surgery shoulder joint, pain condition, shoulder joint function, retear rate, reoperation rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:At one year after surgery, the Constant score of the two groups increased, and the Constant score of the double row group was higher than that of the single row group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in UCLA score at one year after surgery and visual analogue score(VAS)score at 3 d after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).The rate of retear and reoperation in double row group was lower than that in single row group, and the total satisfaction rate was higher than that in single row group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with single row suture repair techniques, double row suture bridge repair techniques under shoulder arthroscopy in patients with shoulder rotator cuff injury has a better clinical effect, and the rate of retear and reoperation is significantly lower.
