Effect of Individualized Rehabilitation Training Measures Based on Narrative Nursing Theory in Patients with Valvular Heart Disease Combined with Heart Failure
Objective:To explore the effect of individualized rehabilitation training measures based on narrative nursing theory in patients with valvular heart disease combined with heart failure.Method:A total of 108 patients with valvular heart disease combined with heart failure admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China from October 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into experimental group and reference group according to random number table method, with 54 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with routine nursing measures, and the experimental group was treated with individualized rehabilitation training measures based on narrative nursing theory. The indexes of heart function, heart failure, psychological state before and after intervention and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention, left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group, and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and self rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and cardiac troponin I(cTnI)in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized rehabilitation training measures based on narrative nursing theory can improve heart function, improve symptoms of heart failure, relieve anxiety and depression, and reduce complications in patients with valvular heart disease complicated with heart failure.
