Intervention Effect of 5E Rehabilitation Management Mode on Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of 5E rehabilitation management mode on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 80 COPD patients who admitted to Xianyou County General Hospital from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given 5E rehabilitation management intervention based on the control group. The lung function, quality of life, nursing satisfaction and medication compliance were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention, the forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and the scores of MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)in two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing attitude, technical level, nursing effect scores and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 5E rehabilitation management model in COPD patients can significantly improve medication compliance, accelerate the improvement of lung function, help to improve the quality of life and improve nursing satisfaction.
