Objective:To explore the application effect of integrated nursing model of doctors, nurses and patients during chemotherapy in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL).Method:A total of 80 patients with ALL who were admitted to Huai'an First Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were randomly divided into control group(routine health education)and observation group(integrated nursing model of doctors, nurses and patients on the basis of control group),with 40 cases in each group. The nursing effect, treatment compliance and family members satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the chemotherapy of children with ALL,the integrated nursing model of doctors, nurses and patients can further improve the clinical efficacy and compliance, and improve the family members satisfaction.
