Effect of Bazhen Yimu Pills Adjuvant Therapy on Patients with Menstrual Disorders after Artificial Abortion Surgery
Objective:To explore the effect of Bazhen Yimu Pills adjuvant therapy on patients with menstrual disorders after artificial abortion surgery.Method:A total of 103 patients with menstrual disorders after artificial abortion surgery were selected from Zhuzhou Lukou District Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center from September 2021 to September 2023.They were randomly divided into experimental group(n=52)and control group(n=51).The control group was given Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets,and the experimental group was given Bazhen Yimu Pills on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,menstrual recovery condition,menstrual volume,endometrial thickness,sex hormone indexes and uterine hemodynamics before and after 3 cycles of treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The normal rate of menstruation in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 cycles of treatment,the menstrual volume and endometrial thickness of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the menstrual volume of experimental group was more than that of control group,and the endometrial thickness was higher than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 cycles of treatment,the levels of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of E2,LH and FSH in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 cycles of treatment,the resistance index(RI)and pulse index(PI)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the RI and PI of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bazhen Yimu Pills has a significant effect on patients,and can improve the changes of uterine hemodynamics and sex hormone levels.
