Effect of Periodic Therapy and Continuous Therapy of Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets on the Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Patients with Premature Ovarian Failure
Objective:To investigate the effect of periodic therapy and continuous therapy of Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets(Femostone)on the clinical efficacy and safety of patients with premature ovarian failure.Method:A total of 60 patients with premature ovarian failure treated in Qingyang People's Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given periodic treatment of Femostone,and the observation group was given continuous treatment of Femostone.The clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness,sex hormone indexes before and after 6 cycles of treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 cycles of treatment,endometrial thickness increased significantly in the two groups,and the endometrial thickness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after 6 cycles of treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)in the two groups were compared,and there were no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 cycles of treatment,FSH and LH levels decreased and E2 levels increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Periodic treatment or continuous treatment with Femostone has its own advantages.The safety of periodic treatment is relatively high,while continuous treatment has better improvement effect on endometrial.Therefore,it is necessary to select the appropriate treatment plan according to the actual situation in clinic.
