Effect of"Yingxiang"and"Zusanli"Acupoint Health Massage in Child Health Care
Objective:To explore the effect of"Yingxiang"and"Zusanli"acupoint health massage in child health care.Method:A total of 420 children admitted to the Health Care Department of Rugao Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into study group and conventional group,with 210 cases in each group.The children in the conventional group received conventional western medicine health care,and the study group took"Yingxiang"and"Zusanli"acupoint health massage intervention on the basis of the conventional group,and compared the growth and development,the occurrence of nutritional diseases and blood routine indicators of the two groups.Result:After intervention,the body weight,head circumference,height,intelligence index(MI)and development quotient(DQ)in both groups were higher than those before invention,those in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of overweight/obesity,protein-energy malnutrition,positive iron deficiency anemia and vitamin D deficiency rickets in the study group were lower than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the mean erythrocyte hemoglobin content(MCH),mean erythrocyte volume(MCV)and hemoglobin(Hb)levels in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint health massage is a safe and effective way of child health care,through massage"Yingxiang""Zusanli"can promote physical development,reduce the incidence of nutritional diseases,improve blood supply.
