Effect of Phase Ⅰ Cardiac Rehabilitation on Patients after Heart Valve Replacement Surgery
Objective:To investigate the effect of phase Ⅰ cardiac rehabilitation on patients after heart valve replacement surgery.Method:A total of 70 patients after heart valve replacement surgery admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from May 2020 to November 2023 were selected.According to random number table method, they were divided into reference group and study group,35 cases in each group. The reference group was given routine intervention after surgery, and the study group was given stage Ⅰ cardiac rehabilitation after surgery. The cardiac function,6-min walking test distance and quality of life of the two groups were compared before intervention and at discharge.Result:At discharge, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and posterior left ventricular wall thickness decreased in both groups, while left ventricular ejection fraction increased, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and posterior left ventricular wall thickness in study group were lower than those in reference group, and left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that in reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge, the 6-min walking test distance of the two groups increased, and the 6-min walking test distance of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge, the score of quality of life scale(SF-36)of the two groups increased, and the SF-36 score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of stage Ⅰ cardiac rehabilitation for patients after heart valve replacement surgery can achieve better intervention effects, which is conducive to improving patients'cardiac function and postoperative exercise endurance, helping them recover early, and then actively improving their quality of life.
