Research Progress in the Treatment of Calcium and Phosphorus Metabolism Disorder in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure
One of the most common complications in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)is the disturbance of calcium and phosphorus metabolism, which has a high incidence and is likely to cause cardiovascular events and lead to death of patients. At present, the disturbance of calcium and phosphorus metabolism are corrected mainly through drugs, and active vitamin D is the first-line drug, but overuse can lead to hypercalcemia and hyperphosphatemia.Phosphate binders are widely used in clinical practice with good efficacy, but most of them are accompanied by gastrointestinal reactions. The newly studied inhibitor EOS789 has significant phosphorus reduction effect and less gastrointestinal reaction,so it has a broad application prospect. In addition, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment can effectively improve patients'adverse drug reactions and increase patients'compliance.Dialysis treatment is also particularly important, and peritoneal dialysis is better than hemodialysis, but the optimal dialysate calcium concentration to correct calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders is not clear.
