中文摘要：目的:分析补阳还五汤加减治疗对股骨头坏死患者的影响。方法:选取 2018 年 6 月—2023 年 6 月沭阳中山医院收治的 70 例股骨头坏死患者。根据随机数表法将其分为观察组及对照组，各 35 例。两组均行髓芯减压植骨术治疗。术后观察组采用补阳还五汤加减治疗，对照组给予仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗。比较治疗 3 个月后临床疗效，治疗前及治疗 3 个月后生存质量、髋关节功能、疼痛程度、中医症候积分。结果:观察组总有效率为 94。29%，高于对照组的 74。29%，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。治疗 3 个月后，两组躯体健康、心理健康、物质生活、社会功能评分均升高，观察组躯体健康、心理健康、物质生活、社会功能评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。治疗 3 个月后，两组Harris评分升高，面部表情疼痛量表(FPS-R)评分降低，观察组Harris评分高于对照组，FPS-R评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。治疗 3个月后，两组中医症候积分均降低，观察组中医症候积分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论:对股骨头坏死患者采取补阳还五汤加减治疗，可以有效改善患者的临床症状，改善FPS-R疼痛评分、Harris评分及中医症候，提高患者的生存质量。

外文摘要：Objective:To analyze the effect of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction on patients with femoral head necrosis.Method:A total of 70 patients with femoral head necrosis treated in Shuyang Zhongshan Hospital from June 2018 to June 2023 were selected.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.Both groups underwent core decompression and bone grafting.After surgery,the observation group was treated with modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction and the control group was treated with Xianling Gubao Capsules.The clinical efficacy,quality of life,hip joint function,pain degree and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after 3 months of treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 74.29%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the scores of physical health,mental health,material life and social function of the two groups were increased,and the scores of physical health,mental health,material life and social function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the Harris score increased and the facial expression pain scale(FPS-R)score decreased in both groups,the Harris score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the FPS-R score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of both groups were decreased,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with femoral head necrosis,improve the FPS-R pain score and Harris score of patients,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and improve the quality of life of patients.
