Effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction Combined with Omeprazole on Chronic Gastritis
Objective:To explore the effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with Omeprazole in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Method:A total of 129 patients with chronic gastritis were selected in Datian General Hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 for grouping study.The patients were divided into control group(n=64)and study group(n=65)by random number table method.Both groups used with routine treatment.The control group was treated with Omeprazole,and the study group was treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,adverse drug reaction,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,C-reactive protein level and gastric motility were compared.Result:The clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,acid reflux,bloating of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the C-reactive protein level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastric emptying time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the frequency of gastric antrum contraction and amplitude of gastric antrum contraction were lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with Omeprazole has a remarkable effect in the treatment of chronic gastritis,which can improve traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,C-reactive protein level and gastric motility,and does not increase the adverse reactions.
