Effect of Modified Qingre Huatan Decoction Combined with Alveolar Lavage under Fiber Bronchoscopy on Patients with Bronchiectasis
Objective:To investigate the effect of modified Qingre Huatan Decoction combined with alveolar lavage under fiber bronchoscopy on patients with bronchiectasis.Method:A total of 80 patients with bronchiectasis admitted to Xishui County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into study group and routine group,40 cases in each group.The routine group received routine western medicine treatment,and the study group received modified Qingre Huatan Decoction combined with alveolar lavage under fiber bronchoscopy on the basis of the routine group.The clinical efficacy after treatment,clinical symptom score,lung function and blood routine index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of the routine group(77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of clinical symptom were decreased in both groups,and the scores of cough,expectoration,hemoptysis,fever,chest pain and dyspnea in the study group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,lung function indexes were increased in both groups,forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),and maximum peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,blood routine examination indexes were decreased in both group,the white blood cell(WBC)count,neutrophil(NEU)count and lymphocyte(LYM)count in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Qingre Huatan Decoction combined with alveolar lavage under fiber bronchoscopy has a positive effect on the treatment of patients with bronchiectasis,and can significantly improve the lung function and blood routine indexes of patients.
