Diagnostic Value of UtA-PI,UtA-RI Combined with Serum TNF-α and hCG in Dangerous Placenta Previa Complicated with Placenta Implantation
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of uterine artery pulsation index(UtA-PI),uterine artery resistance index(UtA-RI)combined with serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG)in dangerous placenta previa complicated with placenta implantation.Method:A total of 52 pregnant women diagnosed with dangerous placenta previa combined with placenta implantation in Yangchun People's Hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the observation group, and 52 normal pregnant women who came to our hospital for healthy birth examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Uterine artery ultrasound was performed in all pregnant women, and UtA-PI and UtA-RI were recorded and compared between the two groups.Serum levels of TNF-α and hCG were measured by enzyme-linked immunoassay. In addition, receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of UtA-PI,UtA-RI,TNF-α and hCG single and combined in pregnant women with dangerous placenta previa complicated with placenta implantation.Result:The levels of UtA-PI and UtA-RI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α and hCG in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC curve results showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of UtA-PI,UtA-RI,TNF-α,hCG and combined detection for the diagnosis of dangerous placenta previa complicated with placenta implantation were 0.812,0.816,0.957,0.833,0.992,respectively,with high diagnostic value, and the combined detection had the highest diagnostic value.Conclusion:UtA-PI,UtA-RI combined with serum TNF-α and hCG can improve the diagnostic efficacy of dangerous placenta previa complicated with placenta implantation.
